Once a package has been purchased, please contact our office at (949) 601- 4430 to schedule Behind-The-Wheel lessons.

Our Office hours are Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Saturday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM, we are CLOSED on Sundays.

Please note that we schedule Behind-The-Wheel driving lessons on a first-come-first-serve basis. Normally we schedule about 1 to 2 weeks from the initial date of registration or from the day that you call to schedule your driving lessons. However, earlier appointments may be available due to cancellations. Please note that all students must have a valid California Learner’s Permit issued by the DMV before we can schedule Behind-The-Wheel lessons. Please note that during certain times of the year (including the summer months), it may take longer to schedule Behind-The-Wheel lesson appointments. Please plan ahead for the summer season.

Cancellation/ No Show Fees
We require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel and/or reschedule a Behind-The-Wheel lesson. Appointment cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $49 Late Cancellation Fee. A No Show for a scheduled Behind-The-Wheel lesson will incur a $49 Late Cancellation Fee. A No Show includes, but is not limited to: 1. Not having a valid California Learner’s Permit at the time of scheduled lesson. 2. Incorrect/ incomplete pick up address / phone numbers that do not work. No Exceptions. Please note that you can call or email us to notify us of your cancellation. If you contact us during after hours please leave a voicemail.

Refund And Expiration Date
Please note that there are no refunds once payment has been received.

All of our packages will expire 6 months from the date of purchase. As a courtesy, we grant a 7 day extension from the expiration date. When Your 7 day extension/grace period ends, a 50% (Renewal Fee) of the lesson package you purchased will be charged to renew the package for an additional 6 months. If we do not hear from the purchaser or student and the lessons are not scheduled within the grace period all remaining lessons will be forfeited. Additional lessons can be purchased individually. Keep in mind that we cannot complete the remaining lessons until the Renewal Fee has been paid. We never want to charge this fee but it ensures that all of our students graduate in a timely manner. We can not guarantee students will pass their written or Behind-The-Wheel tests at the DMV.

Lost Completion Certificates
There is a $25 replacement fee for all lost and/or damaged completion certificates.

Non-Transferable & Non-Prorated
All of our packages are valid for one student only. Unused/expired lessons cannot be transferred to different students. We do not prorate any of our packages.
